Superchat
Superchat is an application that works as a proxy that receives conversations through different communication channels and answers them automatically using automation plugins and with artificial intelligence solutions. In addition, it can transfer conversations to human attendants by integrating through webhooks and API calls to applications such as Rocketchat, Tiledesk and others.
The motto is: Helping is the new way to sell.
